I am current active military, and I was deployed overseas for 6 months. I parked my vehicle at a parking at the airport expecting to only be gone for 3 weeks. After 6 months, not only did I have a bill of over $1,200.00 dollars, but I was being charged by the day for storage. Rite Way had a driver that not only picked up my vehicle immediately, but also paid my bill saving me an additional $30.00. My car arrived on time and I paid the driver the money owed for paying my parking, and the balance for the transport. At the time of the transport I was waiting for my new bank card that had to be re-issued after I had lost it overseas. That didn't bother them at all, and they allowed me to call once my card had been received in order to charge their portion of the transport. It was so easy to work with Pete, and he completely made this a non-stressful experience. It was refreshing to for once really see a company that showed their gratitude towards the military..and did exactly what they said they would do. Thank you Pete and Rite Way and I'll use you guys any time I need any of my or my family's vehicles transported. You proved to me i made the R-I-T-E decision.
