From the start, Doug was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. I was not comfortable in sending my 2009 BMW on an open carrier cross country. But Doug assured me Rite Way Auto Transport was the way to go, and he was right. Upon committing to Rite Way, I received a phone call half hour later that my car could be picked the next day. I gave the driver my scheduled days off, and he went out of his way to get my car to Arizona on time. My car arrived in one piece, I definitely would recommend Rite Way Auto to my friends. No doubt, I will use Rite Way Auto on my next vehicle transport.
