I had a confusing pick up story. From the time I sent my original request for transport to the actual pickup, we drove the car from Boston to NYC and then kept it parked in NYC for a few weeks before finally sending it home to Denver. Our contact from Riteway was great. He kept in contact (without overdoing it) and was very patient. The suggestions that he made helped me finally get the car shipped! I'd be glad to ship with them again!
