Rite Way should be called Wrong Way

My husband contacted Rite Way Auto Transport from Afghanistan in hopes they would deliver his car to me prior to my having surgery. My husband and I were both contacted by Hope Reynolds via email and phone. After the initial payment was made and contract was signed I never heard anything more from her. I phoned and emailed for 5 days and I received no response. I cancelled the charge to my credit card and found another auto transport company. Rite Way should change their name to WRONG WAY or learn to provide better customer service. I'm surprised this company is still in business. Thankfully, I contacted Ultimate Auto Shipping and was able to have my car picked up.
