Having never shipped my car before, I was a bit nervous. But after posting online for a quote, Jeff from Riteway contacted me. I had many questions, but Jeff was always knowledgeable, and professional!! And always available to me.
My car was picked on time, delivered on time, and in perfect condition. The staff in their dispatch department was wonderful! I was always kept in the loop and knew where I was in the entire process.
Not sure when I will need this service again, but Riteway and Jeff Chambers will definitely be my transport company, and will highly recommend them!!
