This was my first experience in entrusting my vehicle to a carrier. Obviously, I had some questions and fears among which were the overall condition of the car,the insurance coverage if and when there is some claim,and the time elements. All of the fears and doubts I had before the delivery were patiently and effectively explained by Harold. After the delivery all those assurances came to be honestly fulfilled. Booker gets the half-end of "the job-well-done" evaluation as he made our waiting experience less stressful by constantly updating us his "distance to the finish line" and promptness. I would surely do business again with Rite Way. I would not hesitate to recommend Rite Way to friends and family.I would rate Rite Way 10 on a scale of 10.Thank you,Harold!
