DO NOT waste your time with this company. They are a fraud and will never answer your phone call after your deposit is taken. I gave this company a months advabced notice to get my car shipped. When the day came for the vehicle to get picked up we did not receive even one phone call from Riley's. I had to call them about 30 times before Debbie answered and then was lied to several times and was told that my car would be picked up within 24-48 hours. I sat back and let a couple of days pass and still did not get my car picked up. 2 weeks of the same lies went on amd finally asked for my money back. Upon asking for my money back I was scolded, yelled at and hung up on by Debbie. Deibbie seems to be thee only employee at this company. I called back the next day and it literally took 50-60 calls before Debbie answered. She said I would be receiving a full refund in about 5 business days. A week passed and I still hadn't received my refund. I called back and again it took a number of times calling to get Debbie. When she finally answered she told me there were people in front of me waiting for a refund so I had to wait my turn. 2 weeks passed by and I'd had enough. I called the bank and filed for fraud. I contacted another company and literally had my car picked up in 48 hours. I lost out on 200 dollars because of this company. To some it may not be a significant amount but when you are living off of a military pay it's tough.

We started working on Mr. Padilla,s behalf upon his booking of the contract, he later cancelled. Following said cancellation, he requested that we continue. He then cancelled again! His vacillation slowed the process. I will not lend credibility to some of his ridiculous comments by addressing them. His refund has been done.
