We started working on Mr. Padilla,s behalf upon his booking of the contract, he later cancelled. Following said cancellation, he requested that we continue. He then cancelled again!His vacillation slowed the process. I will not lend credibility to some of his ridiculous comments by addressing them.
His refund has been done.
