I must state that I truly appreciate Cynthia for coming through for me. I had my vehicle with another company for over two weeks, giving me the run arounds. They were so unprofessional and didn't appear to care, So I decided to cancel my trip with them and request a refund. I received a call from Ride Away transport, and Cynthia was very adamant that she can get my vehicle moved within a few days. I liked her professionalism and honesty, so I decided to go with her company, being that her company wasn't as seasoned as the rest, but she handled this situation like it should have been done with the previous company....She contacted a Driver and he agreed to the price and my car was picked up and delivered to me within a week. I was very satisfied with the service and I highly recommend Ride Away transport for anyone looking to have their vehicle transported, as well as I will use them in the future. Cynthia is very easygoing and a pleasure to work with. She followed up each time as she stated, and I could not ask for better customer service that was given to me......She is very knowledgeable in this industry and I wouldn't look at any other company beside RIDE AWAY VEHICLE TRANSPORT!!!!!!!!! I was quoted a price of $1050, in which Cynthia only charged me $50...That was awesome because she was looking out for my best interest!!!!!!!
