Beware of this company

I used this company to transport my vehicle a few months ago and it turned out to be a terrible experience.
In the beginning, they gave me a low quote and after I paid the deposit, they just let me wait and wait..............until I want to move it ASAP, and then they said they can locate one carrier for higher price. This is normal practice in this industry, and is not unacceptable. But when they dispatched the driver, they charged more for deposit, and at this time, we can't do anything else but accepting this charge. Later on, the trucker picked up the car. More than 8 days later, the car was finally delivered after we called the driver numerous times. Every time he has an excuse for the delay in transit, snowing, foggy weather, road closed........ When the car was delivered, we just found it was damaged seriously, from both sides and rear bumper. The underneath is also in very very bad shape. Floor mat for driver side was dirty and it had some extra unauthorized miles. This is a new car, obviously the trucker drove it in heavy snow weather. After trying all the ways and hassles, calling the insurance company, the adjuster, filling complaint to Department of Banking and Insurance, finally we got some compensation back after waiting for more than 3 months. It's really a pain for us. Stay away from this broker and the carrier, Sebastiao Lima Inc. dba Flying Hawk Express. Beware!!!!!
