My car was picked up two hours after placing the order. I asked Brian to please have the car picked up as fast as possible. He was thinking in the next 24 hours he would have a truck available. He never over promised instead only over delivered and that keeps a customer coming back. He knew the worst case and gave me the best case. If you are looking for a reliabe company you found them.
