As other customers, I don't understand why this scam is still in business. They took my $200 deposit, and after that, there's no transport, no communication, and no refund after I've canceled my order after 3 months now! I question whether those "5-star" reviews were really written by customers or by themselves. I've also contacted the attorney and BBB, and hope other people don't fall into their trap.

Subject: Worst, extremely dishonest, and the rudest service Ever!!!
Review: Reliable auto-mover is a company of a bunch of cheaters from the staff (Les, Jaslin, etc.) to the owner (Luis). This company is a scam.

I would sincerely warn against any potential customers to use the service of this auto mover company. Unlike their name, they're extremely unreliable( NO communication at all; car never gets transported), dishonest( raise the price, change the time, and neglect my request for the refund of my $200 depositr) and rude (scream at me on the phone). Now they are more than 2 weeks late, and my car has not been transported yet. When I asked to cancel the contract and have my refund back, NOBODY even replied my emails.

1. Unreliable: I signed my contract on 06/17, and My car NEVER gets transported. The agent, Les, took $200 deposit, and after that they have never contacted me during the process either through email or phone as they promised, and it's extremely difficult to talk to their staff, since they only have 3 person answering the phone about the dispatch issue. It's always the voice mail when you call.

2. Dishonest: The original fee agreed on the contract is $900. Then after about a week, they raised $150 for the price. After my protest, the owner (Luis M. Vinals, Senior Transport Coordinator) called and apologized to me. He also promised to me that he'll find me a driver on our previously agreed price. Then I waited for another week, and the driver told me that they won't be able to move my car. And worse, the driver also said that "Reliable prematurely provided our contact information knowing we had not signed a dispatch order to transport it. We were considering this transport at one point, but never made a promise or otherwise guaranteed this transport." I'm glad that the driver replied to my email though; since the Reliable staff NEVER replied.

3. Rude: I posted a negative review on Reliable after they dishonestly raised the price and missed the promised transport date. Then the next morning, I got a call from Jaslin, the staff, who screamed at me and scolded for posting this review. I deleted the review after Luis (he claimed himself to be the owner of this company) called, apologized, and promised another transport date.

Now, my car has still not been transported yet. Due to my extremely unpleasant and frustrating experience with Reliable Automover, I don't think I want to get my car transported by them any more. And it seems that they turn a deaf ear to my request to cancel the contract and give my refund back. I think I will have to sue this company.

I would urge those who ever consider to use the service of this company to change their mind, if you don't want to have the same terrible experience as I did. Never, ever consider Reliable Automover!
