Took my money and never responded to requests

Over a month ago I received a bid from this group. It was not the low bid. I was contacted by "Fonzi" with a note saying a truck was in my area. When I booked it suddenly that truck was full and another truck would be along in a week or so. From the time of sending the money, it was not possible to contact a human in this organization,. I have left multiple messages and only one in about 10 are answered with no assurances of anything. I can't even get a human to verify the refund of this deposit

Don't be fooled by them as I was. Look someplace else.
