Hello, Matthew. Thank you for the feedback. We certainly apologize for the delays in delivery and will pass this along for further coaching with communications. I would also like to apologize for the condition at delivery and if it was not properly communicated with you that the open transit can result in the vehicle arriving very dirty following the 2900+ transit.
