Manish, I certainly regret your need to file a claim resulting from the transport of your vehicle. We do advise that all personal items be removed from the vehicle prior to transport. Driver's aren't required to perform an interior inventory of the vehicles and therefore, we are unable to confirm whether the items were in the vehicle. DOT does have the option to remove any items from the vehicle at their discretion during transport.
