This is the first time I have transported a car and my experience with Reggie Willis was great. I chose them because they had a lower rate and they were a family owned business. I am glad I picked them. They communication with the Reggie Willis office was often and always pleasant. I was given many contact numbers for the office and the driver, once one was assigned. The driver was several hours late for the pick up, however, he stayed in contact with me and explained what was going on (very tough to juggle several customers, especially when the one before you isn't at the pick up location when they say they will!). I had expected some delays after reading several reviews of car transport businesses. I stayed flexible and that worked out very well for me. The driver made it to Chicago in quick time and dropped off the car an hour earlier than expected in perfect condition. Great company to work with!
