Overall I was very happy with the service I received at Red Carpet. Everything was explained well, all my questions were answered promptly most of the time. There were times I think when they were very busy and I had to call a few times over a couple of days to get in touch with my contact.
Apparently it was difficult to find a trucker for my vehicle so I had to pay an extra $130 but Red Carpet also threw in something. I was still happy with the price I paid.
I was very surprised when I got a call from the driver and our car was delivered 5 days early. Very happy about that.
