I was quite pleased with the customer service of Cheryl at Red Carpet. She was quite pro-active in contacting me, getting the details of my pickup (which were semi-problematic due to having a day in middle of the availability that wouldn't work), then locating a driver and arranging the details. The driver was late in the pickup due to weather, but called to arrange to pickup the next morning. The car arrived in fine shape, but again, delayed for weather. I'd work with Cheryl again. She was very pleasant, accommodating, and did everything she could to make sure the transaction was smooth.
