Tony first quoted me a price of $640 to transport my car from Rockville, MD to Columbia, MO. After comparing prices and reviews I decided to go with him and Red Carpet. I was told the car would most likely be picked up within 5 days. However after two weeks I called him (which was a challenge in itself - Tony did not return phone calls, I had to repeatedly call him) and informed him if the car was not shipped soon, I would be canceling the order. The next day he found a car shipper, at a slightly higher price. However, I needed the car and accepted the bid. He cited the rise in gas prices and told me he was cutting his commission to help with the price increase. I understood, and know that he really does care about his customers. The car was picked up and delivered promptly. The process was not as good as originally promised, but it ended up turning out fine. I would use Red Carpet again.
