This is not the first car we've shipped, but it was our first time shipping with Red Carpet Auto Transport. Their quote was in the mid-range of quotes we received for transport from other companies. We secured the order with no difficulties with Anthony via telephone. Within the first 48 hours, another representative informed us that they had a truck scheduled. The car was picked up the evening before (so earlier than expected) and when we had a question about contact information for the driver, Anthony got the info out to us in minutes. Our driver was held up on the delivery prior to ours and we ended up taking delivery much later in the evening than expected. We were told to expect delivery around noon, but the car was not delivered until 9pm due to the hold up. However, the driver delivered the car that night so we wouldn't have to lose another day of work. The car was clean, undamaged and arrived a day or two ahead of schedule. Overall a good experience. We would not hesitate to ship with Red Carpet again. Thanks!
