My contact person at Red Carpet Auto Transport was very thorough at educating me on the process of shipping my car. She kept me informed about the timing of the pick-up as well as sending me status updates. She also was very puntual about returning my calls and getting me answers to my questions. I would rate the entire experience as a 5+ and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
