Thank you, Jennifer for a great experience. My car was picked up about four hours after I had spoken with Jennifer and she posted the vehicle for pickup. It was held at a relative's condo complex and the transporter was able to load the vehicle working after meeting with lobby security and my relative didn't even have to be there. The driver communicated at both ends and made it easy and efficient. I wondered why I had waited so long.
