Very professional and kept us updated via e-mail. Truck driver also kept us up to date. The only part that did not go as planned was the vehicle was made it from Florida to Indiana in 2.5 days, not the 5 quoted. The driver asked to deliver it on Friday evening rather than Monday...absolutely no problem...glad to have our new toy a few days early.
