Paul we would like to apologize for the communication problem. You were one of our first customers and at that time we were having major problems with our internet and phone service, in fact we couldn't use either service for 2 whole days. Hense the non-communication. Thank you for being patient and continueing to work with our company. Your business and satisfaction mean everything to us.
