Delivery was delayed due to a major ice & smow storm in the midwest. The truck driver did call daily and informed me of his location and when to expect delivery.

Denise was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions and informed me of the pick-up and delivery schedule. She would call to make sure everything was on schedule. Customer satisfaction is definately on the top of her list. Very well done. I would recommend and use Red Carpet Auto Transport in the future.
