I requested at least 3 price quotes to move a car from PA to FL and the first to respond was Robyn Hall at Red Carpet Auto Transport. I explained I was arranaging a car transport for a friend who recently lost her husband and she was having a hqrd time dealing with her loss. Robyn quickly realized may special needs were not "business as usual", gathered the relevant and background information she needed and offered to contact Mary Anne to work out the final details that would meet Mary Anne's needs - not Red Carpet's. Robyn's call to Mary Anne was perfect, with just the right amount of understanding and sensitivity. Robyn's attention to detail was impressive and complete. I was kept informed at every stage of the move. The owner/driver of the transport truck chosen to move the car was courteous, careful and ahead of schedule. It was an effortless move of a car more than 1000 miles.

Other companies responded to my quote request but none of the other company agents gave the impression the move would be anything but. "business as usual". I learned the price is about the same from everyone so it's all the other "things" that really matter.
