I have NEVER had service like Red Carpet Auto Transport provided. Excellent communication, honest to a fault from the get go, NO GAMES. My jaguar was picked up when they said it would be and delivered 1 day sooner which was just what I was hoping for. Sheila told me there were no guarentees for delivery but she would do her best to meet my dates and she did it. She emailed me all along the way, provided drivers cell number and a copy of his insurance binder, then followed up after delivery to make sure all went well. She even told me to make sure that I accepted my vehicle in good light so I was sure that it was in good condition when delivered as I would have no recourse should there be damage and it wasn't noted on the Bill of Lading. Sheila you are awesome and I will never use anyone else. Thank you for a job well done....others need to take notes from you.
