AlliItson - I am so glad that everything worked out well regarding the transport service for your son's vehicle. It is unfortunate that the order was mistakenly canceled. It is very rare that we encounter issues such as this, and that is why we worked so fast to make it right for you. Customer service is obviously our number one priority which is why this was so quickly resolved once it was brought to our attention.
