From the first contact with Julie Kenyon until well after the delivery of my vehicle, my interaction with Red Carpet has been professional, efficient and timely. Julie was always able to answer my questions, or would call back promptly with an answer or solution to the problem.
There was an increase in the price required by the driver on delivery, but adjustments were made to satisfactorily reduce my cost. The overall cost, was less than my expenses would have been to fly there and drive the G wagen back myself.
The car arrived clean and intact without damage.
Julie was a pleasure to do business with and I can reccomend her and Red Carpet without reservation.
