Shipping an expensive SUV can be nerve racking. Denise was professional, courteous and communication was excellent. She was always polite and patient, even when I had to reschedule the pick-up time several times due to the vehicle not being ready by the dealership. She was able to find a driver every single time and very quickly, too. A Very smooth transaction from pick-up to delivery. Thank You
