Lisa Fa - Red Carpet Auto - Excellent!!

I bought a vehicle on ebay and needed to get it delivered. Having never done this sort of thing before, I did some online research, looked at reviews, checked the BBB, etc...

I did the "shotgun" approach and contacted several moving companies. I narrowed my contacts down to those that had good reviews and good pricing.

I decided to contract Red carpet Auto Transport to move a 1995 Ford F150 4x4 from Bend Oregon to Nashville TN. From the very first phone call Lisa was extremely helpful. I was a bit wary since this was a pretty big transaction and everything was over the phone. My first reluctance was having to give my credit card number to initiate the process. However Lisa assured me that they would not charge my card until after the vehicle was picked up. And indeed, it wasn't charged until a week later when the truck was picked up.

Lisa was an excellent contact. In fact, I can't remember any company in recent times communicating so effectively. She must have called five times during the process to get me updates. ie. After a few days - "We havent found a pickup yet but I'm working really hard to get one", A few more days "Got a truck lined up. they will be there on the 12th to pick it up and will deliver on the 22nd", - A few days before pick-up "everything is all set. The truck will call to let you know a pick up time" - - You get the idea. Constant, meaningful updates. Ultimately, the truck was delivered a day earlier than she estimated.

The truck driver was great. I had him unload at a local Sam's club parking lot to make it a bit easier. (He had to take a couple cars off the transprter to get at mine.) Sam's has a lot of room! The truck was clean and had no issues.

I would highly recommend these guys. Although I haven't used any other moving service, I can't see any reason to risk using a different one. These guys do what they promise.
