I did a LOT of research on transport brokers and must say that I'm very happy to have chosen Red Carept Transport to move our 1998 Toyota Camry from Colorado to our son who is stationed in the Navy in Pensacola, Florida. I dealt by e-mail and phone with Tony Quinn, General Manager of Red Carpet, and he was extremely personable, thorough, and knowledgeable and VERY patient with all of my many, many questions! The only reason I gave a "slightly below Excellent" rating for "overall customer service" was because no one from Red Carpet contact me after they told me they had a driver/set up the order - I thought I'd at least get a call asking whether the car was picked up on time and whether I was happy with the service. Oh well, all that matters is that the car WAS picked up on time (the driver/transport company was FANTASTIC to deal with too!) and it was actually delivered a day earlier than Tony thought it would be. I would definately recommend Red Carpet.
