Overall I was satisfied with the service. Both our cars made it cross country in an open transport with no additional dings/scratches. The driver also called a few hours ahead to check that we were available.
The dispatch invoice indicated a pickup of 10/30 and estimated delivery of 11/9. (I had specifically
requested that the delivery be 11/8, but OK).

I would have given a higher rating if it weren't for the a couple quirks.
-The main reason I choose Red Carpet Auto was based on the reviews, specifically the fact most reviewers indicated that the contact person kept them up-to-date on status/ETA of the vehicles. I was little surprised
by the fact that I didn't get any updates and when I called on 11/4 to check the ETA I was told that there was no info and they would know more a couple days before 11/9. No big deal, but I was definitely surprised when the driver left me a voicemail on 11/5 indicating that our cars had arrived in WA and were ready to be delivered. I guess the note on the invoice which indicated we weren't arriving in WA until 11/6 didn't make it to the driver ;).

- The "pickup" of the cars was definitely interesting. We managed to get a hold of the driver on 11/6 shortly after we landed in SeaTac airport and my brother-in-law was driving us back to his place. The driver indicated he was near the airport and could bring our cars, so we turned around and headed back to the airport to get them. A bit of running around considering the invoice was for door-to-door delivery, but that
was fine since we were excited to get our cars several days early.

- How the payment works could have been clearer. It would have been nice when if the Red Carpet Auto contact had mentioned that the driver had to be paid via cash or cashier's check. $1000+ cash is an awful
lot to be carrying around. Also, I was fuzzy on how much to actually pay the driver as I didn't get the amount until the day delivery day, and well that makes things interesting if you want to get a cashier's check just after getting off a 7hr+ plane ride. Needless to say, I ended up overpaying the driver, but "W"
both cars are here and we did get them early.
