Pick up seemed a bit sketchy, driver called the day of, but was on time. Took about 2.5 days more than planned for the drop off, which it would have been nice to have been updated about prior to the expected delivery date then after. Red carpet was able to get in touch with the driver who kept me updated as to the new delivery date, car wsa delivered in great shape with no issues.
