Denise was very helpful in this process. Because our family was leaving CA before our truck was being picked up, we were turning our keys over to a stranger and had to trust that it would meet up with us Chicago. Denise kept in touch with us and walked through the process with us to ensure that our vehicle was delivered on the date and at the price that was promised.
