good service and communication the entire time! Manager was very helpful and would call me when ever necessary. I would recommend this service because the process was quite smooth and convenient. Price was reasonable too! It was my first time shipping a vehicle, and i'm really satisfied. There was no damage on the vehicle at all. I received many quotes from other companies and this was was certainly the best one that i could have found. I would at least communicate with the manager about every two days or so. Being updated continuously made the process feel more safe than ever coming from a first time user.
The receptionist was also very helpful and tried to help me when ever possible if no one else was able to assist me at the time. I had so many questions to ask, due to my ignorance in such process, but overall the staff seemed patient and very helpful with me. The truck driver was also in contact with me, regarding the time he would arrive to the delivery location. I am definitely going to use red carpet auto transport next time i ship my vehicle. Im a college student so this is the right people to go to when in need of a good deal.
