Shipping Company...

The Service I received from red Carpet Auto was amazing. They maintained constant contact and gave regular updates. The problem was with the shipping company that was chosen. The car was picked up the same day that the order was replaced and promised to be delivered in 2 days. Great right? The shipping company called to confirm and all was set. But I never heard a thing from the driver after his departure after pick up. It took several hours and several phone calls from myself and Robyn to finally get a good timeline for delivery and still no driver information or phone number. The driver was supposed to deliver in late afternoon to early evening and didn't. I didn't get a courtesy call to even say he was late or not coming that day. Infact, I didn't receive a call from him until late the next morning. He had to wait until the 4th day to deliver. If I could make a suggestion to Red Carpet, it would be not to use that company again. But the service, assistance and overall support of Red Carpet Auto Transport was great. I would absolutely use them again...

Again, I am so sorry that we had the issues we did with the trucking company, and I do hope you will remember Robyn at Red Carpet Auto Transportation if you are ever moving a vehicle again.
