Originating from the first phone call to Red Carpet Auto, Cheryl seemed interested in the satisfaction of our experience with the shipping process. Then she thoroughly explained the Red Carpet treatment from pickup to delivery. She took our order and thoroughly explained our payment process and the duty of the individual trucker who would take delivery of our vehicle. This action was very pleasing and took the worry out of task of having our vehicle shipped.

I wish that the carrier company had been a little more communicative, and was never happier to hear that your car was finally delivered to you.
