Use Red Carpet and DeeDee Black and put your mind at ease. They were absolutely flawless in service, information and value. NOTE TO ALL YOU E-BAYERS OUT THERE: This is the company to use!! I tried hiring two of the (open carrier) trasnport companies recommended by E-bay. Zero customer service there. I was on hold with the top-rated company for 18 mins!! While holding, I tried their instant on line chat feature. Nothing there either. I gave up. Second-rated company: I was on hold for 10 mins. When I finally got through, the rep told me that my delivery window was 7-14 days!!! What? It was only 585 miles. Then I made the mistake of going to a website that will give you quotes from 5 different companies. That wasn't good. I got completely inundated with calls and emails... from WAY more than 5 companies. Some slick sales guy in Miami quoted me TRIPLE the price I got from Red Carpet. Red Carpet was a breath of fresh air. No slick sales talk. DeeDee was in charge of my transport, I was never on hold, and she was completely accessible for updates. I am a lawyer and very aware that this industry is rife with scammers and cons. I did not want to become a victim. I did my homework and Red Carpet exceeded my expectations and their price was LESS (yes, less) than the E-bay recommended companies. And I got my car delivered in two days.
Take the benefit of my homework and my experience. This company is the real deal.
