It was helpful to know going into the process how the system works, i.e. it matters very little which broker you use as all the car info is placed on a central board. The broker in this case was helpful and provided good customer service, though could have been a little more knowledgeable about the time-frame of a pick up in NH. Once the car was en route, I had direct contact with the driver/carrier and this was the easiest way to know when to expect the drop-off.
