My contact at Red Carpet was Cheryl Phiffer. She is by far the best customer service person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was always friendly, professional and honest. She called back when she said she would, and called several times with updates on pick up and delivery. If I ever need to transport another vehicle I would not hesitate to use Red Carpet.
