Denise at Red Carpet Auto Transport was great! She was very friendly and nice to talk to, as well as extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She explained everything very clearly and gave me a great understanding of how the auto transport industry works. She was honest with me about the fact that my particular route was not a very popular one (Montana to Massachusetts) and that it might take a while for my truck to get picked up. So you can imagine my surprise when she called me only 2 days after the availability date to tell me she had a driver that could pick it up that afternoon.
Overall I would recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport and I would say that Denise Flores is an asset to the company.
