First let me begin by extending an apology for not delivering 5 Star service to you per your opinion. IT is and definitely WAS my intention to provide wonderful service to all of my customers and I apologize if I let you down. I worked my hardest to secure a carrier for you in that time frame but sometimes there are outside factors that are out of my hands such as location and carrier availability.
