Did not pick up when promised

The main problem was with the pick up. I had a tight window of July 31-August 2. I called 3 weeks ahead and they assured me the car would be picked up. The week of the pick up came and I had not heard from them. After repeated calls I finally got through to the manager, Tony Quinn, who said they were doing all they could. He said the rate for tranposrting my car was very good and he did not understand why it had not beed dispatched yet. I was not happy because I was paying for this service and "red carpet" in my mind means excellent service. I had to make special arrangements for another person to handle the pick up 8 days later. I will not use this service again.

Doug, First let me begin by extending an apology for not delivering 5 Star service to you per your opinion. IT is and definitely WAS my intention to provide wonderful service to all of my customers and I apologize if I let you down. I worked my hardest to secure a carrier for you in that time frame but sometimes there are outside factors that are out of my hands such as location and carrier availability.
