My overall experience with Red Carpet Auto Transport, Inc. was excellent. Cheryl was very courteous, seemed to understand me (the customer) and continuously kept in touch with me (cell phone and email) during the entire process. This was challenging for her as I spent time off in/out of the mountains in which much was out of communication range. Her contact included from when contract truckers were bidding on my vehicle transport, to billing changes, during the actual transport of my vehicle and she even called to check on things within the first hour after I picked my vehicle up. (Thanks!)

I was also impressed with the professionalism and continuous communication from the driver; from pick up to delivery. When I picked up the vehicle at the destination point, it was in the same condition as the origination point, although a bit dirty from open carry (as expected).

Cheryl and Red Carpet Auto Transport, Inc. made good on their quote, even though transport costs increased after the fact. That is the sign of a great, reputable company and certainly the first one I plan to call next time I need a vehicle shipped.
