Coordination was easy with Denise. She handled the process from beginning to end. Shipped a Jetta from Indiana to Oregon. Was quoted one price but it ended up being $90 more. I didn't mind because the carrier was enclosed instead of open. Carrier who dropped off the car was professional. Car arrived a few days early. Denise was very courteous.
