Martha, Im glad I was able to secure a carrier for you so quickly and get the ball rolling. It is unfortunate that you had a less than pleasant experience over on the truck driver end. I do not think that should be a reflection on me though as I feel that I provided 5 Star service to you. Sometimes vehicles are not always reliable and things can happen, such as break downs. I definitely did not confirm for you to deduct money from the driver and I absolutely would not do so without confirming with the driver. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding as far as that is concerned. At any rate, I'm glad you were able to receive your vehicle even faster than expected and that the issue was only minor. I was not aware of the refund you were to receive, but if there is an issue with it, please give me a call and I will be SURE to issue the full amount that was expected. Amber Washington 602-438-4644
