Stranded in West Virginia over the 4th of July Weekend - after the worry of trying to get a rental car home then came the worry of trying to get the vehicle back to Virgina. Red Carpet was very important in this move. Cheryl Phiffer stayed on top of the situation until we got a carrier to bring the vehicle home. The problem being the motor the truck could not move too far... the carrier was willing to come to where we could leave the truck and load it up. Red Carpet was in touch with us daily until the carrier was located. The carrier was then in touch the entire day it took for the truck to be delivered. The truck was brought down out the the mountains just like it was left there. If and I hope and pray we don't have this situation again we would definitely call Red Carpet. We received excellent treatment and the truck arrived on time and unhurt.

Dear David; I must say that I am extreemly happy to have been able to help you get your truck transported. I know how concerned you were, not only about the truck itself, but getting it back to find out what was wrong. I am very glad I could help you. I'm so sorry about the engine, but glad we got it back home for you.
