Linda Cooley and manager Tony at Red Carpet were consummate professionals. They were responsive with quotes and all follow-ups. My request was a bit more challenging since I had two vehicles- one running and one inoperative; however, they were able to secure a hauler in a timely fashion, and kept me apprised every step of the way. When they dispatched a hauler, they called to provide me the haulers' contact information. You cannot ask for better communication than Linda and Tony provided. Once the cars were to be picked up, Linda called to make sure that had happened and that I was pleased with the process to that point. She confirmed the expected shipping time (2 days to go from central Texas to Las Vegas!). Once the cars were delivered, she called to make sure I was pleased with the delivery time, the haulers, and the overall process. Red Carpet was absolutely amazing- -and it's all because of the communication Linda and Tony provided, as well as the service they brokered.

I had never shipped vehicles before and I was very nervous about it; however, with Red Carpet, I had no reason to be nervous. These folks are professional and act with the utmost of integrity. If they had failed me in any way, I would have no reservation about posting it loudly and boldly- but they didn't.

I WILL be using them again any time I need a vehicle transported.
