The driver was friendly and knowledgeable about his position. Our dealings with the owners of Southern Idaho Transport were very good and they were very accommodating. Our only negative comment is when the driver arrived at the destination and met with my representative who is my sister, he asked her for a monetary tip. We were not aware of any tip that needed to be passed on to the driver and it was quite embarrassing and stressful for my sister. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Red Carpet and Southern Idaho Transport.
