I used Red Carpet Auto Transport to ship my car from Chicago to the Bay Area. Becky Billedeaux was my assigned customer relations representative and she was always courteous, informative and prompt in responding to questions. On occasions when she was not available and someone else picked up the line, everyone else I spoke with was also helpful. The only slight hitch in the process was not Red Carpet Auto's fault - the original company that accepted the bid to transport my car let me know the day before they were supposed to pick up my car that they were canceling because of unavailability of the driver. The driver could not perform due to a death in the family and they had no other drivers available. However, Red Carpet Auto immediately found another carrier, Montway Auto Transport, to take my car who could pick up my car 1 day later than the original date I had scheduled with the first carrier. Montway Auto Transport was also courteous when I called them to coordinate the time for pick up and payment terms for payment upon delivery. They gave me the driver's direct phone number and I communicated with him as he approached Chicago to fine tune the time of pick up. He picked up the car on a Tuesday night and told me that he expected the car to be delivered on Wednesday of the next week. I also spoke with him on the following Monday night to check his progress and whether he was still going to deliver on Wednesday, which he confirmed. On Wednesday morning, he called me at 8 in the morning and delivered my car at 9am. My car was in excellent condition - still very clean and undamaged. I was very happy with the entire process, especially with Red Carpet Auto's immediate assistance in finding another carrier when the first one canceled at the last minute.
