WE PHONED RED CARPET AND SPOKE TO JULIE JOHNSON. AFTER WE TOLD HER WHAT WE NEEDED, IT WAS DONE, WITH NO HASSLE. SHE CALLED OFTEN TO KEEP US UP TO DATE. WE HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH ANYONE SO EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND KIND! THIS WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD, SHE IS SUCH AN ASSET TO THIS COMPANY!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!! SHE EVEN PHONED THE RECIPIENT TO LET HIM KNOW THE SCHEDULE! WE WILL DEFINITELY REFER FRIENDS, AND USE RED CARPET AND JULIE AGAIN! THANKS JULIE!!!
